Summer @ Merryhill:
We are looking forward to another great summer at Merryhill filled with fun and learning. Splash Days will start on Friday, June 10th for all classrooms. Please remember that all children must have the following items in order to participate in Splash Day.
- Swim suit
- Beach towel
- Swim shoes (crocs and flip flops are not acceptable or safe)
- Spray sun screen
- Swim diapers for children who are not completely potty trained.
Splash Day will continue throughout summer each Friday unless the weather or city ordinance does not allow us to do so.
Throughout the summer months, we ask that you apply sunscreen to your child each morning when getting dressed before school. Please be sure to bring spray sunscreen so that the teacher can reapply it during the afternoon outside time.
Other Important Dates:
- June 2nd – Pre K Graduation @ Hampton Inn and Suites (6070 Sports Village Drive Frisco, TX 75033). Graduates are to arrive at the venue no later than 2:30pm in order to line up for the ceremony. The ceremony will start promptly at 3:00pm and will be followed by food, entertainment, and fun!
- June 3rd – Teacher In Service: SCHOOL CLOSED
- June 6th – Neon Day (Wear all your bright colors)
- June 14th – Flag Day
- June 17th – Breakfast with Dad 8:00am-9:00am
- June 19th – Father’s Day
- June 20th – First Day of Summer; Hawaiian Day
- June 30th – Parent Appreciation Breakfast 8:00am-9:00am
