Dear Families,
We are so excited to kick off our new ALMA program that allows parents to pay tuition, print statements, make changes to paperwork and have access to their financial records. If you have any questions or are experiencing any difficulties please feel free to reach out to me for help. You will still have all our current options to pay and make changes to your information, this was just an added feature that we thought might be helpful to some of our families. Please feel free to share with me how it is working for your family.
Does anyone know what is right around the corner? Fall registration. Yes, I said Fall registration! Keep your eyes out for your priority registration paperwork. We always offer our current families the opportunity to enroll before we open our enrollment to the public, but time is limited and so are spaces. Please do not wait to turn in your paperwork and registration fee to secure your placement for next year. Pre-Kindergarten families, now is the time to tour our Private Kindergarten. Stop by the front desk to schedule a tour and learn about our innovative program. Mrs. Vargas has been with us over 18 years and her students have performed at the top of private school testing levels. I look forward to touring any family for the next level of education for their child.
One final note. Thank you again for allowing our staff the chance to further their education with their staff development day last month. We took advantage of the time wisely by training, networking and growing as educators with the leadership of our Executive Director, Ms. Shipley. We had an outside guest speaker from Nevada Early Intervention that shared with us all the amazing services available for children under the age of three. She also guided us to the Child Find Program that help support development for children above three years of age. Both programs offer such great resources and connections for families in our community.
Thank you for sharing your children with us. Have a great Chinese New Year.
Sincerely,
Mrs. Fitzgerald, Principal
