From the Principal’s Office
Dear Merryhill Families,
Wow! October flew by, but it was such an exciting month! I hope you all enjoyed our Fall Harvest Festival and our Annual Trunk-or-Treat! A special thank you to all of our Trunk-or-Treat volunteers, wonderful donations of goodies and to all of our other families are coming to join the fun. We had such a great turnout.
The seasons are changing and the weather is getting chilly! Please make sure you bring a jacket for your child and label it with their name. It is also cold and flu season. Please help combat the spread of germs by keeping your child home until they are 24 hours symptom free.
It is now time to begin the busy month of November. Please make sure to check the event board in the front office for upcoming events.
We invite all to join us for our Thanksgiving Feast on Thursday November 14th @ 630 PM! There will be a Side Dish Sign-Up posted soon on every classroom door. Your class donations are greatly appreciated.
We will also be making a Friendship soup for lunch on November 21st. Sign-ups will also be posted on the classroom doors.
Hope you all enjoy a very Happy Thanksgiving!
Finally, I would like to remind you if you have any questions or concerns please feel free to contact me by email or you can call the school. If I am not available you can reach out to Ms. Mo at the front desk.
As always, we appreciate your continued trust in Merryhill Roseville to provide your children with the highest quality of care and education possible.
Warmly,
Blanca Prieto-Preschool Principal

Nut Free: We are a NUT FREE school. We do have some students with nut allergies and appreciate your help in keeping all of our children safe and healthy.
California Licensing Regulations require that parents check children in and out using our electronic system.
Tuition Options: We appreciate that you make every effort to make your tuition payments on time. As you are aware, tuition payments are due on Monday of each week (or on your child’s first day of attendance). To save you time, the headache of having to remember your checkbook every Monday and to avoid late fees, consider enrolling in our automatic payment program at no charge. We also accept credit card payments. You may use our Parent Portal.
Art Files: Please remember to check them at least once a week to pick up your child’s amazing art work.
LTL Files: Links to Learning files are available on the last day of each month. These files provide you with information about the skills your child will learning in the upcoming month, as well as a snapshot of what has been accomplished in the current month through the work you will find in the folder.
Clothing and Nap Items: Remember to update your child’s extra clothing as the seasons change and your child grows! Please label all of their items so we can return anything that may be forgotten at the end of the day. Any soiled items will be placed in plastic bags and put into your child’s cubby. Each child needs a blanket and crib size sheet for rest time. Sheets and blankets must be taken home on Fridays (or you child’s last day of attendance during the week), laundered and returned on the first day of attendance.
