Goodbye June, and Welcome July!
Summer is in full swing and we are enjoying every minute of it. This month we are participating in Operation Backpack, Kids Helping Kids program. We are kindly asking you to donate a backpack or any school supplies to help kids in need succeed. If you are participating in our Operation Backpack and would like a donation receipt, we have a form at the front office for you to fill out and you can place it in the backpack so Volunteers of America may send you a receipt (this information will be kept confidential).
Please know that we are very aware of the spiking temperatures and sometimes unhealthy air quality. Once the temperature hits 90-degree mark, we minimize the amount of time our students spend outside. The same is true for those bad air quality days. We play outside as much as possible in the mornings and provide alternative activities for the afternoons. Please make sure your child has sunscreen at the school and we will be sure to apply prior to going outside to play. The sunscreen release forms are in the front office for your convenience.
Don’t forget our Water play days are every Friday! The kids are having a great time splashing around! We also use our water play days to help teach about sun and water safety.
We are looking forward to a Wonderful July!

Tuition Options: We appreciate that you make every effort to make your tuition payments on time. As you are aware, tuition payments are due on Monday of each week (or on your child’s first day of attendance). To save you time, the headache of having to remember your checkbook every Monday and to avoid late fees, consider enrolling in our automatic payment program at no charge. We also accept credit card payments. You may use our Parent Portal.

Please label all of their items so we can return anything that may be forgotten at the end of the day. Any soiled items will be placed in plastic bags and put into your child’s cubby. Each child needs a blanket and crib size sheet for rest time. Sheets and blankets must be taken home on Fridays (or you child’s last day of attendance during the week), laundered and returned on the first day of attendance.
