Fall is in the air! In this month of thankfulness, we would like to express our thanks to all of you for entrusting your most precious possession in our care, your child.
During the month of November, the children will enjoy talking about what they are thankful for. They will also have the opportunity to share family traditions and learn all about the joy of friendship. Our Trunk-or-Treat was a great success! Thank you to all our parent volunteers who helped make it wonderful. Our events would not be successful without you, thank you. This month, in addition to our weekly skills, we will focus on friendship with our “acts of kindness.” We are grateful for you All, Happy Thanksgiving!

All friends and Family are welcome to attend to help us celebrate Thanksgiving and friendship! What is Friendship Feast? Friendship Feast is a larger version of your typical Thanksgiving Feast on Thanksgiving Day. All of our Merryhill families, as well as their extended family, are encouraged to attend. The feast will start at 11am. There will be plenty of food for everyone to enjoy! We will prepare the turkey, however, there are sign up sheets for the other food items on the classroom doors, i.e.: corn, green beans, bread rolls, etc. Please feel free to sign up for an item, for the entire school to enjoy (this is why you may have noticed there are so many sign-ups for on particular item; it is for all classrooms, not just your child’s classroom). If you are bringing food that is already prepared, please do so the morning of the friendship feast, everything else can be brought in the day before if you’d like 🙂
