Welcome to the 2020-2021 school year! I would like to welcome those families who are new to us here at Merryhill-Harbour Point. Summer is in full swing and we are having a great time teaching and learning with our students! This month we are celebrating Independence Day, playing games, exploring nature, being creative, and participating in other fun summer-themed activities. We can’t wait to see what the rest of the summer holds for us.

Welcome! Thank you for your cooperation and flexibility during this unprecedented time. Our start to the new school year has been a great success because of you.We have now begun the new school year and with that we would like to remind you of some very important school policies:
*Tuition is due Friday prior to the week of or Monday of the current week. A late fee of $25 will be assessed on Tuesday of the current week. Tuition reminders are sent out automatically via text if tuition hasn’t been received by Tuesday morning of the current week.
*We are a NUT FREE school
*We do not allow sharing of food that comes from home, unless it is due to a classroom potluck/party. We will not be having any potlucks at this time due to COVID-19.
*Please bring in sunscreen for your child to keep at school…the weather has been getting hot!! Sunscreen needs to be labeled and placed in a Ziploc bag.
*All extra clothes also needs to be placed in a Ziploc bag, labeled with your child’s name on it.
*Bedding needs to be washed prior to bringing it back the following week.
*You will not be able to drop-off or pick-up your child if you do not have a mask on. Please remember it is our policy and mandated by the Governor at the moment to wear a mask when out in public.
*Please call the school 2-5 minutes prior to arriving for pick-up so we can get your child ready for you

Color Week- We will be celebrating our re-opening with color week during July 20-24. Please help us celebrate by sending your child dressed to school in the colors to go along with each day. The teachers have fun activities planned in the classroom for each day. Monday July 20-Red Day, Tuesday July 21-Yellow Day, Wednesday July 22- Blue Day, Thursday July 23- Orange Day, Friday July 24-Green Day
