A Note From Our Principal,
Fall is in full swing, the wind is picking up, the air is becoming fresh, and we are adding in our beloved seasonal curriculum activities! As our Trunk-R-Treat event has been cancelled due to the CDC guidelines, we are busy revamping our Halloween fun this year! But to answer your two perhaps most pressing questions … Yes, students can still wear their costumes on Friday October 30th! And, Yes! We will be having tons of Halloween/Harvest fun in the classroom! As always, we will share photos with you through our Links 2 Home app!
With Fall underway, please be sure to send your child are sent to school in weather appropriate shoes. That is, closed toed shoes (keep those toes hidden) with a full back. Runners are great! You can never underestimate the power of a good runner!
Delicate sandals and flip flops tend to get in the way of just about everything and don’t offer the support our growing students feet need. Not to mention the hurt toenails when those toes get stubbed by accident! OUCH! Please save the sandals for home.
Please reach out with any questions or concerns you any have, we would love to hear from you!
Sincerely,
Jill McSpadden
