October marks the start of all holiday celebrations. This can be a trying time for parents, teachers, and students. Time changes, schedule adjustments, fall sports, now throw in celebrations and dressing up; it’s no wonder our little ones seem to be bouncing off the walls with excitement and confusion. As teachers we love this time of year to celebrate some fun holidays, but we know that our students are going to test us. It’s ok, we adjust and we continue to challenge and teach them. Come January they settle down and we get rewarded when everything we taught them this fall comes to life.
