A Note From Our Principal
We hope your children enjoyed their fall lessons, pumpkin themed activities, and classroom celebrations last month. Seeing our students enjoy their Halloween costume parade and parties was the highlights of the week for us. Thank you for allowing us to be part of these special occasions! This month we are focusing on gratitude and connecting with others. We have many special activities planned for our students and are looking forward to sharing photos with you all on Links 2 Home. In line with teaching children about giving and helping others, we will be kicking off our end of the year giving event by partnering with the Las Vegas Ronald McDonald House foundation. We have set this up to fit every families giving needs. You can support them by donation a toy or maybe you would like to help stock the pantry. Help is always appreciated in any way. As always, please let us know if you have any questions or concerns regarding anything.
It’s not too late to share a special comment or kudo about the school, teachers or front office staff. I love sharing those special comments with each teacher as they come in. If you mention a teacher by name they will be entered into a drawing for a special prize. This is done by filling out our parent survey. The link was sent out via our Marketing Department. You would need to add donotreplySEG@smg.com to your contacts. I look forward to reading all the survey notes. Please remember that if you are ever unhappy or have a suggestion I always have a listening ear; please do not wait for our survey.
Sincerely,
Mrs. Fitzgerald
