Hello Merryhill Families,
It is time to say goodbye to the Summer and hello to the Fall season even though the weather is telling us otherwise. First, I want to tell all of you how appreciative we are for all the donations for our All-School Garden! The children are diligently planting and watering. We will have our ribbon cutting soon!
This month we have a lot of wonderful activities planned. For example, Whatever Little Pony company here next week. The children have an opportunity to take pictures and even get to ride the pony too! Next Friday we will have Goodies for Grandparents during the morning hours of 7:30-9:30. The grandparents will have the opportunity to drop their grandchildren off, collect their gift and grab a goodie on the way out. Lifetouch pictures are also scheduled for those fall pictures. Please look at all the important dates and events coming your way!
Finally, we will continue to strive to create a fun and safe environment for your child. We pledge to continue to ask those symptom questions and take temperatures during drop off hours. The teachers will sanitize the toys and wipe down all frequently touched surfaces daily. As a reminder, we ask that only 1 parent drop off or pick up your child at the door of the classroom and please do not go into the classroom, especially if there are other children present. If any illness arises, please notify the office right away so we can be proactive to prevent any spread.
Warm regards,
Terrie Cook, Principal
