Is transportation available for my child?
We offer transportation between our campus and our sister elementary and middle school in Milpitas.

What is the school’s uniform policy?
We require all students to wear a school uniform unless otherwise directed. Boys must wear a long or short sleeve collared shirt with chino style pants or shorts. Girls are required to wear a long or short sleeve collared shirt with a skirt, chino style pants or shorts. All students must wear athletic or closed toe shoes. Where can I purchase my child’s uniform?
Uniforms can be ordered through Tommy Hilfiger using School Code MERRS5.

Where can I purchase Merryhill logo wear?
We offer logo wear through Queensboro.

Is lunch provided?
It is our goal to provide lunch options that are both delicious and healthy. Parents can order lunches online monthly through our partners at Choicelunch. For more information, read our announcement or view our lunch menu. An afternoon snack is included in tuition.

What are some special features of the Merryhill San Jose campus?
Our campus provides a well-rounded education that includes highly qualified specialty teachers. Students will have the opportunity to participate in a Performing Arts Program, a Technology Lab,  an Art Program, and Physical Education Program that includes after school Sports. Our technology lab includes a Promethean Board and helps generate an enthusiasm for learning in a hands-on environment. In addition, 4th and 5th grade students participate in our 1:1 iPad program.

What are the hours of operation?
Academic Day:

  • Kinder 8:30– 2:30 pm
  • 1st-2nd Grades 8:30-3:00 pm
  • 3rd – 5th Grades 8:00 am to 3:10 pm

Extended Day – 6:30 am to 6:00 pm

Where do students continue their education after graduation?
Many of our students choose to continue through 8th grade at our sister elementary and middle school in Milpitas. When our students graduate from Merryhill, they go on to attend both public schools and select private schools in our area such as Harker, Bellarmine, St. Francis, Presentation and Notre Dame. Either way, they are well-prepared to succeed in high school and beyond.

Is the school accredited?
We are fully accredited by the Accrediting Commission for Schools, Western Association of Schools and Colleges (WASC).
