Dear Merryhill Parents-
We are introducing a new, easy-to-use, online system that will allow you to fill out forms. We are easing into the system by using it for the following: after-school activities, Cinnabonday Monday’s order form, and den t-shirt order forms. The links to each of the aforementioned forms is below, along with information regarding their due dates. In addition, this information was emailed to you.
For these extra items, you have the choice of paying in the office or you can opt to be invoiced and pay with your tuition. For those of you with ACH, you will automatically be billed, at the start of the monthly cycle, for any unpaid invoices.
While I am trying to ease into a paperless system, I understand that it takes time. If you would prefer the hardcopy versions of these documents, please email me and I will get them to you.
FORMS
After-School Activities
BEAM for Kids: $320 for 16 weeks. You may opt to pay in-full or pay half up front and the other half during week 8 of class. Checks only, made out to BEAM for Kids. Form due: September 5th.
Victory Martial Arts: $50/month. Forms are due at the end of each month for the following month.
Dance/Gymnastics: $50/month. Forms are due at the end of each month for the following month.
