A Note From Our Principal,
Thank you all for your participation in our Kids Helping Kids initiative this summer! We were able to decorate more than 50 pencil cases with the help of all our students, from Infants through to our summer students! We paired up with our sister school Merryhill Calvine to make an even bigger donation of school supplies, backpacks and pencil cases. Thank you for helping our students serve others these past few weeks! We appreciate the role you all had in this.
We still have a few more weeks of summer, but our teachers are hard at work preparing our classrooms for the new school year. Many of our students will be transitioning into new classrooms this month.
In order to ensure a successful transition for students moving into a new classroom as of August 23rd, we will be doing a school-wide transition for two weeks. If your child is transitioning into a new classroom at the end of the summer, you will see a T on your child’s cubby.
From August 12th – 23rd we will have students visit heir new classrooms from 9:00am-11:30am. Please continue to drop your child off in their current classroom. If your child is transitioning into a new classroom, we will put a Big T on your child’s cubby.
Please let us know if you have any questions or concerns in the interim.
Sincerely,
Jill McSpadden
