Dear Families,
It’s September…How did that happen?
September is the beginning of my favorite season – I love that Fall is coming and all the festivities that follow. I know that this year may look a little different, but we are busy working behind the scenes to make sure the children still experience all the fun and festivities to come. Starting small with our Fun Fridays has been great – providing fun for not only the children but for the staff as well.
This month we will be saying goodbye to 2 wonderful teachers…
- Ms. Paulina has been working with Merryhill for 12 years and will be leaving to begin her own business. We will miss her, but we are also very excited for her as she starts her new adventure. Her last day will be Friday, Sept. 11th.
- Ms. Rebekah has decided at this time she will have to leave due to personal reasons. She also has been with us a long time, so this is sad as well. She knows when she is ready to come back, she is welcome. Her last day will be Friday, Sept. 11th.
We know that they will both stay in touch with us and visit us from time to time when COVID rules allow. We will miss them both very much.
However, we are also happy to welcome Ms. Dana and Ms. Rachelle as new teachers to our staff. They have been with us a couple of weeks now and both are adjusting and getting to know all the children. WELCOME – we are happy to have them both on our staff and are looking forward to having them share their experience with us.
Don’t forget…Merryhill is closed on Monday, September 7th for labor day.
Have a great month and as always, please feel free to call or email me or the office anytime.
