Welcome to February!
With the new year in full swing, our students are fully immersed in their Links to Learning curriculum. We will be sending home extra communications this month, so that you can get a closer look at some of the amazing projects that are taking place in the classrooms.
With Valentine’s Day right around the corner our school is beginning to bloom with hearts and flowers and talk of friendship and love. Each classroom will be celebrating Valentine’s Day with a Valentine Card Exchange on Friday, February 12th. Your teacher will be sending a tadpole note home to let you know how many children are in your child’s classroom. All classrooms will be having a special lunch. Please look for communication from your teachers via tadpoles with details of what is available to sign up for.
It will soon be time to reserve your child’s spot for our upcoming 2021-2022 school year, which begins in June. Priority Registration will begin soon. Are you planning on re-enrolling for the next school year? We hope so! Re-enroll by February 19th and receive 50% off registration. Look for further communication on this throughout the month. Our management team is available to address any questions or concerns you have. Look for information coming your way this month. Don’t miss out!
We will be hosting our Scholastic Book Fair February 26th – March 4th. This year it will take place two different ways. We will be having and “On Site” Book Fair, with books being displayed in the windows and available for purchase on site. We will be sending emails and videos of each classroom’s favorite books. Additionally, we will have a Virtual Book Fair, which includes online purchasing and books being mailed directly from the Scholastic Warehouse to your home. As a direct result of your Book Fair purchases, each classroom will be given a budget to shop directly from the Book Fair to enrich their classroom libraries.
