A Note From Our Principal
February was a great month at our school! We are right in the middle of our Little Caesar’s fundraiser, and we are doing so well! We have already sold 85 kits!! Think we can hit 100?! Place your order here: https://fundraising.littlecaesars.com/fundraisers/support/5d011518-e455-41b6-8cb0-04528e8626e1
If we can be in the top 3, our staff are all getting new shirts! Help us win this competition by purchasing (another if you already have 😉 ) a pizza kit! We had our pizza last Saturday and it was the perfect end to a long week!
In anticipation of spring, our teachers are busy planning meaningful learning activities that will help students gain an appreciation for the changing seasons. In order to make the most of the next few months we will be spending extra time outdoors so our students can interact with nature. Please make sure your child has weather appropriate outerwear for school each day.
Sincerely,
Jill McSpadden

Birthday & Holiday Celebrations
We love that you want to help your child celebrate their birthday and we want this to continue. In order to ensure we keep all of our students safe, we kindly ask that you follow these guidelines if you would like to bring something in:
- NO food/candy
- Items are neutral and can be given to any classmate
- Goodie Bags are not labelled for a specific child
Why you may ask? The reason is multifaceted …
- Allergies
- Food Restrictions
- Sugar Highs in a class full of preschoolers … yikes!
- No Names & Neutral gifts? This assists us in getting out goodie bags in a timely manner so that we can get back to teaching your kiddos.
So, what do you suggest? Glad you asked! Why not try … single-size servings of …
- Playdough
- Tattoos
- Stickers
- Glow bracelets
- Hard-Plastic toys/cars etc…
- Head to the Dollar Store and I’m confident you will find some great ideas – for cheap!
We thank all of you in advance for helping us keep our kiddos safe, happy and healthy by adhering to these guidelines.
