A Note From Our Principal
July is here! Through the summer months we are excited to continue learning and growing together. Our students are jumping into action, playing games, exploring nature, being creative, and participating in other fun summer-themed activities. We can’t wait to see what the rest of the summer holds for us.
This month we will be partnering with Operation Backpack by collecting new backpacks for students in need within our community. We look forward to engaging the students and families in this Kids Helping Communities donation drive. Additionally, the students will be able to participate in several Remix Recess and Music Matt session over the summer.
With the weather continuing to warm up, we will continue keeping the children’s health and safety priority. We value the importance of outside play for our students and daily monitor the temperature and air quality to ensure the student’s outdoor times are within moderate temperatures and good air quality times of the day. Students can bring their own, labeled with their name. water bottles as we encourage them to stay hydrated throughout the day.
As we embark on the learning journey of this new school year, we value the importance of building strong home to school partnerships as it creates a thriving learning experience for the students. Our administration team is always available to answer any questions you may have, so please feel free to reach out to us any time.
Happy Summer!
Sincerely,
Melissa Moenning
