It’s always the season of love at Merryhill-Harbour Point! Friendship, kindness, and laughter fill each classroom. What a joy to be part of such a wonderful place.
February brings many new adventures to our school. Priority Registration will soon be underway for the 2023-2024 school year. We anticipate full enrollment for the upcoming school year, so it is very important to register early to reserve your child’s spot.
Sincerely, Stephanie Gill/Principal

Valentines Day Class Celebrations Tuesday February 14 We will be celebrating Valentine’s Day on Tuesday, February 14th. Children are invited to bring in valentines to share with their classmates. Each classroom will have a Valentine’s Day party to celebrate their friendships, as well as participate in Valentine-themed activities throughout the day. Please sign-up to bring in a store-bought treat for the class to enjoy during their party.
When helping your child write out their valentine cards, please feel free to write “to my friend” instead of each child’s name, as this makes it easier when they are passing out their cards. Please feel free to also dress your child in Valentine’s colors on this day.
Black History Month-February is Black History Month. It is a time to honor the culture, accomplishments, and important contributions of African Americans. We’ll be celebrating in the classroom by reading books, making arts and crafts, and continuing our discussion on acceptance and belonging.
